Eligible refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our website. In order to request a refund, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone with your order number and the reason for your request.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with the tags still attached.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for a replacement.
