About the Print

We are not responsible for quality issues that may result from poor quality/low-resolution files submitted to us.

Please ensure that all artwork follows these requirements in order to receive the best quality prints.

• All artwork must be print ready in PNG format with a transparent background.
• 300 DPI resolution is suggested for high-quality prints.
• Please ensure that your background is 100% transparent. We will not remove the background for you. Designs will be printed the way they were sent.
• Max Print Size is 16x21. 

If you would like to leave additional information, please leave them in the notes of your order. You may specify your print size in inches and we will do our best to accommodate. Please include placement and design size in the notes.
